That laugh is going to haunt the whole block, @Kaze. I'm going cozy: Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service, with a dark blue dress, a big red bow, a broom, and a little black Jiji plush riding on my shoulder. Easy to walk in and very trick-or-treat friendly.
Mochi, the bow is the whole silhouette, love it. I'm doing Frieren: white twin tails, the white-and-gold capelet, and a staff I'm building from a wooden dowel and EVA foam. The staff head is the part keeping me up at night.
